US Supreme Court to hear K-12 education cases

The US Supreme Court is set to hear three significant K-12 education cases in April that have implications for schools nationwide, including Mahmoud v. Taylor, which involves a challenge to the removal of a parental opt-out policy for an LGBTQ-inclusive curriculum in Maryland. A.J.T. v. Osseo Area Schools will address the standard for proving disability discrimination by school officials, and St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School v. Drummond involves the potential establishment of a public religious charter school in Oklahoma.
